Noemie Ganem - Founder of It Is Now

Noemie was born and raised in Paris and lived in New York for 12 years. She is now based in Barcelona. She works for TCW, an Asset Management company as a Consultant. She graduated from Dauphine University in Paris in 2001 with a Masters Degree in Finance. She has three kids Elia and Zach who are twins, and Raphael. Her kids are the source of her inspiration for the Foundation.

​​Serge Karim Ganem

Serge Karim Ganem is an entrepreneur and a creative technologist. He founded his first company at the age of twenty-one and created one of  the first cloud computing company in Europe.  He is the co-founder of IOV and the author of Spark: Creating Your Unique Pathway To Success, Happiness, and Fulfillment.

Yusuke Namiki

Yusuke Namiki is a special education teacher based in New York City. He received a master's degree in Digital Media Design from New York University in 2011. He has worked at the Roosevelt Children's Center since 2007, focusing on developing and implementing adaptive technology for young learners with multiple/profound needs.

Ariella Epel Tabick

Ariella Epel Tabick is a special education teacher based in New York City. She received a Masters Degree in Intellectual Disabilities from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2013. She has taught social skills and play skills at NYC  community centers since 2010 and worked at the Roosevelt Children's Center until 2018. She currently works at Manhattan Star Academy.

Maria Cristina Manzoni de Kervenoael

Maria Cristina was born and raised in Italy and her husband is French. They met while volunteering for an international charity dedicated to people with special needs. She started her career as a Country Manager for Etsy.com which is a Bcorp. Prior to this, she was a Senior Financial Analyst for a leading banking group. She studied Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan and she received a Masters Degree in Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
